External Hazardous Material Incident <br /> Overview The safety and well-being of residents and associates may be influenced by a <br /> variety of external hazardous material events, including railway accidents, <br /> traffic incidents, and possible explosions or chemical releases at nearby <br /> manufacturing facilities. <br /> Notification If local authorities notify the facility that a hazardous material incident has <br /> by emergency occurred, associates should follow instructions closely.
