Ham Lane <br /> Lodi , CA 95240 <br /> RE: Vienna Convalescent Hospital <br /> 800 S. Ham Lane, Lodi , CA 95240 <br /> On 4-1-87 an inspection was conducted at the above referenced premise. The <br /> inspection identified the following violations of Title 22 California Admin- <br /> istrative Code: <br /> 1. Infectious waste handling procedure needs to be updated. Include the <br /> following and submit to S.J.L.H.D. for review. <br /> a. Identify your infectious waste. <br /> b. Weekly pick-up of your infectious waste from the existing four <br /> day requirement. This variance will be granted if your existing <br /> incinerator cannot be used to dispose of your infectious waste. <br /> 2. The storage area was not properly identified. Properly identify storage <br /> area according to the regulations Section 22 (e). Warning signs shall <br /> be readily legible during daylight from a distance of at least 25 feet. <br /> The above listed violations are to be corrected within thirty (30) days from <br /> the date of this letter. <br /> If you have any questions, contact Alan M. Biedermann; Registered~Sanitarian <br /> of my staff, at (209)466-6781 , ext. 64.
