If you wish to burn such <br /> waste in your incinerator, you must file an application with the District to <br /> modify your existing Permit to Operate. Detailed description of the inciner- <br /> ator must be submitted for the District's evaluation. If the incinerator is <br /> designed properly, the Permit to Operate will be modified to allow burning of <br /> plastics and/or infectious waste. <br /> Enclosed is an application form for your use.
