Moore, doing business as Health- Services Management Consultants. <br /> Before approving final working drawings the Bureau of Hospitals, <br /> State Department of Public Health require certification from the local <br /> Public Health Office approving the method proposed for disposing of <br /> contaminated medical material. <br /> To insure that the working drawings for this proposed facility <br /> are complete in every detail for submission to the Bureau of Hospitals <br /> we submit the following proposal for your approval and certification <br /> to the Bureau of Hospitals: <br /> All contaminated materials, all disposable syringes and needles <br /> and other materials of this type will be collected in a wax paper bag <br /> which will be sealed by stapling and then placed in a heavy cardboard <br /> container, sealed and labeled "medical material."
