Biohazardous waste is stored above 32 F onsite for more than 7 days before removal. <br />- A person who generates 20 or more pounds of biohazardous waste per month shall not contain or store that waste <br />above 32 F onsite for more than 7 days. A person who generates less than 20 pounds of biohazardous waste per month <br />shall not contain or store that waste above 32 F onsite for more than 30 days.
