Sept. <br />11, 2012 <br />➢ Maintenance Supervisor will maintain individual <br />Treatment & monitor all tracking records if medical <br />Waste is removed from the generators site for treatment <br />for three years. <br />➢ In service staff on proper disposal and segregation of <br />Biohazard waste & pharmaceutical waste. Medical <br />waste generated by this facility will be properly <br />packaged, and <br />Labeled before being transported to an off-site facility <br />for treatment and disposal.
