Mr. Escotto, <br />PR 0536182 <br />ilm <br />Attached are the photos from the walk-thru on 5/3/11. <br />- The pharmaceutical waste containers are labeled on all sides (See <br />picture #1) <br />- The Biohazard Room now has the proper signage (see picture 2) <br />- The medication rooms are now labeled with a biohazard sticker (see <br />picture #3 & #4) <br />- The containers are lined with biohazard bags and labeled on all four <br />sides with the biohazard sign.
