AMERICA
ENVIRONMENTAL MANAGEME
FEB 17 1988
February 10, 1988
Ms. Patricia L. Burkett, M.S.
Regional Consultant, Environmental Services
KAISER PERMANENTE MEDICAL CENTER
1924 Broadway
Oakland, California 94612
Dear Pat:
American Environmental Management Corporation (AEMC) provides a
state-of-the-art biohazardous/infectious waste service. An integral
part of our service is the provision of specialized supplies to
accomplish this purpose.
The AEMC biohazardous/infectious waste collection containers are
rigid-walled and lined with custom designed red bags. The red
bag liners meet and exceed all regulations. They are red in color,
properly marked in Spanish and English, and are 2 mils in thickness.
Although current regulations only required the double red bagging
of infectious waste, AEMC chooses to provide the rigid-walled containers
in addition. We believe that by exceeding the requirements, we
are leading the industry with a comprehensive program with integrety.
(
nc e;,
:
C RAMSEY
n3
naggerr
Bicihazardous Waste Division
CR/tlp
cc: Bill Dexheimer
9719 Lincoln Village Drive,Suite 5011,Sacramento.California 95827 (916)364-8872
