Location of the storage containers: <br />A. Mainline Clinic <br />B. Reception Center Clinic <br />C. Receiving and Release <br />2. Storage containers: <br />A. Will be lockable <br />B. Wall mounted <br />C. Units will be labeled: <br />PILLS`ONLY <br />INCINERATE ONLY <br />3. Responsibility for securing: the medications: <br />A. Custody staff will bring all confiscated medications to one of the three <br />locations noted above in #1. <br />B. Medical staff will make sure the medications are placed in the <br />containers. <br />C. Pharmacy staff will empty the containers when filled and make <br />arrangements for their removal from the institution. <br />4. All containers will be removed from the institution by an approved contractor. <br />A. Contractor will be responsible for removal and incinerating in <br />accordance with state law. <br />B.
