It is a good response <br />but incomplete with regard to the last item in my report. You need to identify <br />specifically which approved solution you will use to decontaminate your reusable rigid <br />containers if they become soiled. Page 3 item 2 of your Medical Waste Disposal Plan <br />simply states that an approved solution will be used. You must choose which approved <br />solution you will use.
