40 <br />BFI Medical Waste Systems of CA., Inc. <br />Scope of Service _19_ <br />Attachment A <br />Contract Number MLT97000 <br />The Contractor must inform the appropriate institution(s) in writing seven (7) <br />working days of any changes in the Operational Plan before such changes take <br />place. Any unforeseen occurrences which result either in implementation of the <br />Contingency Plan OR deviation from the Operational Plan must be communicated <br />to the institution's State Project Coordinator within 24 hours Of such an <br />occurrence. <br />SPECIA1 Rl=t-i iorry P Q <br />A. COOPERATION: Contractor shall cooperate with each institution(s) authorities, <br />observe and Comply with all regulations Presently in force on institution grounds, <br />and shall not cause undue interference with the operations of the institution. <br />B. PERSONNEL SAFETY/GATE CLEARANCE: All persons entering the facility <br />must possess a State of California drivers license or photo identification card on <br />their Persons. All workers must be cleared prior to undertaking work. The <br />request for Gate Clearance will be used to run a California Law Enforcement <br />Tracking System (CLETS) check. The check will include: Department of Motor <br />Vehicles check; Wants and Warrants check; Criminal history check. <br />
