As soon as the Warden signs this procedure it will be placed in the procedure manuals <br />throughout the Institution. <br />Since your last visit on 12/31/96, the Senior M.T.A. has been maintaining copies of all medical waste <br />records which will be kept on file for three years. All medical waste containers have been labeled on top <br />and sides as of 1/2/97. <br />The above actions should be to your satisfaction. I would like to thank you for your continued enthusiasm <br />in our medical waste program. If you have any further questions, please do not hesitate to contact me. <br />GILBERT R.
