The City does have <br /> the ability to restrict or prohibit such discharges on a case-by-case basis through <br /> individual control mechanisms (Wastewater Discharge Permits) . We will inspect Synergy <br /> Health within the next couple of weeks and determine if any special circumstances exist <br /> which may warrant any such restrictions.
