HSC 118280(c) Two containers were missing labels on one side. (The labels were added during the inspection.) <br /> Notes: <br /> 1) Stericycle is the licensed medical waste hauler, and picks-up waste twice per week. <br /> 2) The biohazard bags meet both ASTM D1922 and D1709 standards. <br /> 3) The medical waste management plan meets the requirements, and training records are available for 20 employees. <br /> 4) Shipping records are available for pharmaceutical waste which include the words incineration only when pharmaceutical <br /> waste is shipped.
