Tracking records are available for the last 2 <br /> years. <br /> 2) Pharmaceutical waste was picked up at least once every 90 days except for the period of 12/12/17-3/27/18. <br /> Only one container was picked-up on 3/27/18 which suggests that the container was not stored ready for <br /> disposal for more than 90 days. <br /> 3) Records for annual Medical Waste Management training for 6 employees with medical waste contact were <br /> provided during the inspection. <br /> 4) The biohazardous waste bags in use meet both the ASTM D1709 and D1922 standards. <br /> Reinspecion on/about: A reinspection fee of$152 per hour may be charged.
