Container shall be labeled with the words"Biohazardous Waste"or"BIOHAZARD" on the lid and on the <br /> sides so as to be visible from any lateral direction. HSC 118280(c) The biohazardous waste container in Lab2, Room L231 <br /> does not have labels on the sides. Submit evidence of correction to the EHD by 2/11/19. <br /> All corrections are due by 2/11/19. <br /> Notes: <br /> 1) Ingenium is the licensed medical waste hauler for this facility. <br /> 2) Shipping and tracking records were available for review. <br /> 3) The Medical Waste Management Plan provided to the EHD is still current and available onsite. <br /> 4) Records for annual medical waste training are available onsite for 22 employees which come in contact with <br /> medical waste. <br /> 5) The biohazardous waste bags in use meet both the ASTM D1709 and D1922 standards. <br /> Reinspecion onlabout: A reinspection fee of$152 per hour may be charged.
