Container shall be labeled with the words `Biohazardous Waste" or <br /> "BIOHAZARD" on the lid and on the sides so as to be visible from any lateral direction. Waste is picked up every Monday, <br /> Wednesday, and Friday. <br /> 2. Biohazardous waste bags that meet only ASTM D 1709 can be used to collect biohazardous waste within the <br /> facility as long as the waste is placed in a bag that meets both ASTM D 1709 and D 1922 prior to pick up by <br /> Stericycle. <br /> 3. Treatment records from Stericycle indicate the date on which waste received, not treated. <br /> Reinspecion on/about: A reinspection fee of$130 per hour may be charged.
