Soil Sort Attendant <br />• Separates soiled linen by item and places in sling. <br />• Replaces all slings for each customer. <br />• Is able to lift 40 pounds <br />1.2.3.7. Washer Operator/CBW Loader <br />• Loads linen into appropriate washer. <br />• Enters quantifying computer with customer code and goods code. <br />• Is able to lift 50 pounds. <br />1.2.3.8. Station Attendant — Flatwork Ironer <br />• Brings appropriate cart of linen to work station. <br />• Attaches linen to feeder by clipping 1" on each side. <br />• Removes linen requiring mending, stain treat or rag out from process. <br />1.2.3.9. Station Attendant — Small Piece Ironer <br />• Lays out appropriate piece of linen. <br />• Lays linen flat on conveyor belt to iron. <br />• Removes linen requiring mending, stain treat or rag out from process. <br />1.2.3.10. Station Attendant— Small Piece Folder <br />• Verifies identification of account. <br />• Checks dryness/condition of linen. If not satisfactory, sends back for re- <br />conditioning. <br />• Lays out appropriate piece of linen on conveyor belt. <br />• Repeats steps until batch of linen is complete. <br />• Removes linen requiring mending, stain treat or rag out from process. <br />12.09 - 7 - <br />
