You can discard p.3 of the plan as it doesn't apply to you. <br /> Thank you for clarifying what each of the Barnett sites does for treatment. I noticed at the bottom of one of the <br /> manifests that there is two signature lines left blank that are for"certificate of destruction"for incineration and <br /> autoclaving. Once the medical waste is treated, does Barnett send you another manifest with those signatures? If <br /> so, please send me a copy of one. <br /> The last thing I need, as discussed, is the designated accumulation area signage for the two access points. <br /> Please send me the two photos by 9/21/12.
