Biohazardous waste is picked-up twice per week. <br /> 2) Pharmaceutical waste is picked-up at least once per month. <br /> 3) The biohazardous waste bags meet both the ASTM D1922 and D1709 standards. <br /> 4) Annual training records were available for all employees handling waste. <br /> Reinspecion onlabout: A reinspection fee of$152 per hour may be charged.
