Employee Name <br /> 1/4/25 <br /> Example:1/11/25 No 0 0 Employee Name <br /> `The requirements for Materials of Trade(MOT).which allows the transport of medical waste in limited <br /> quantities,can be found in Title 49-Code of Federal Regulations(49 CFR)-Part 176.6, <br /> •The Medical Waste Management Act(MWMA),Section 117946 specifies how the MOT applies in <br /> California. Section 117M limits the quantity of medical waste to 35.2 pounds and requires that the <br /> receiving facility maintain a log of documenting the transportation of waste under the exemption.
