Log is to be maintained in the Medical (Stericycie) Waste Binder. <br /> v A copy of this log should be with the Employee during transportation of any <br /> medical waste. <br /> ❖ Employee can only transport up to 35.2 pounds at any given time of regulated <br /> medical waste. <br /> ❖ Log is completed every 7 days whether there is waste to collect or not. <br /> Date: Was any Biohazard Type of waste(biohazard- Amount of Name of Kaiser Permanente <br /> (red bag)/sharps red bag/sharps)and waste employee transporting the <br /> waste generated? Section 117M limits the quantity of medical waste to 35.2 pounds and requires that the <br /> receiving facility maintain a log of documenting the transportation of waste under the exemption.
