Biohazard bag does not meet the standard set forth in HSC 117630. <br /> -Ensure that the biohazard bag is a red disposable film bag that is impervious to moisture and tear-resistant. Biohazard bag <br /> must be labeled with ASTM Standards D1709 and D1922. HSC 117630—Begin using compliant biohazardous waste bags. <br /> Submit evidence of corrective action by 2/4/2017. <br /> Notes: <br /> 1.) Medical waste is picked up monthly and pharmaceutical waste is being removed at least once a year. <br /> 2.) If facility generates more than 20 pounds of biohazardous waste a month,then the waste must be removed at least once <br /> every 7 days. If a facility generates less than 20 pounds of biohazardous waste per month,then the waste must be <br /> removed at least once every 30 days. <br /> Reinspecion on/about: A reinspection fee of$130 per hour may be charged.
