This is a change in trade name <br /> only. There will be no change in the corporate entities' legal names, federal EIN's or the obligations <br /> of the agencies under federal and state regulations and agreements. The trade name usage will not <br /> affect the ownership of the licensed/certified provider entity and is solely related to the informal name, <br /> which will be used by the agencies for trade purposes, i.e., the current licensee will not change. The <br /> agencies will remain under their current subsidiary corporation and will continue to report to their <br /> respective Governing Bodies. There will also be no change in the local supervisory and management <br /> staff, services, or geographic areas served. <br /> The licensed/certified subsidiaries of Olsten Corporation, conducting business in your county and <br /> which hold appropriate Biomedical Waste licenses are identified above.
