In addition, your July 1987 letter reports that high explosives also have been found in wells at Building 815, but states the data will not be submitted until 30 October 1987 or later. Such a time frame is unacceptable as is the long delay in submitting the TCE data from Building 815 which is a new problem you have known about for at least three months.
