Furthermore,our <br /> comments were addressed on behalf of J-M Manufacturing Company by lGeinfelder, <br /> Incorporated in a letter dated 4 October 1990. <br /> The SWAT report indicates that asbestos waste at the site warrants classification as inert <br /> waste. Therefore,your intention to pursue closure as one or more unclassified waste <br /> management units under Title 23,California Code of Regulations (CCR),Division 3, <br /> Chapter 15 is reasonable. You have indicated that closure would not be regulated under <br /> the closure/post-closure regulations of Title 14,CCR,Division 3,Article 3.4 and that a <br /> formal response from the Local Enforcement Agency(LEA)will be obtained. <br /> We had requested a time schedule for submitting a Report of Waste Discharge(RWD)for <br /> closure by 28 September 1990. Our files indicate t the time schedule has not been <br /> submitted. Pursuant to§13267 of the California Water Code,we request that the time <br /> schedule be submitted by 1 October 1991.
