WASTE DISCHARGE REQUIREMENTS -9- <br /> J-M MANUFACTURING COMPANY, INC. <br /> AND J-M A/C PIPE CORPORATION <br /> SAN JOAQUIN COUNTY <br /> Title 23 , California Administrative Code, no later than <br /> 180 days in advance of such date for issuance of new <br /> waste discharge requirements. <br /> 8. The requirements prescribed by this Order supersede the <br /> requirements prescribed by Order No. 74-353 , which is <br /> hereby rescinded. <br /> 9. The Discharger shall comply with the Monitoring and <br /> Reporting Program No 8 -005 as ordered by the Executive <br /> Officer. <br /> 10. In the event of any change in control or ownership of <br /> land or waste discharge facilities presently owned or <br /> controlled by the Discharger, the Discharger shall notify <br /> the succeeding owner or operator of the existence of this <br /> Order by letter, a copy of which shall be forwarded to <br /> this office. <br /> 11. The Board will review this Order periodically and may <br /> revise requirements when necessary. <br /> I , WILLIAM H.
