The permit review consists of aro appraisal acid/car a <br /> report containing the following elements : <br /> I . Report of Facility Information <br /> 2. Periodic Site Review (Landfills only) <br /> 3. 5 year permit review report <br /> 4. Draft permit report <br /> 5. Proposed final permit <br /> The review of each element is time-consuming <br /> and an expese to <br /> the department.
