Box 2009 <br />Stockton, CA 95201 <br />RE: DISPOSAL SITE PERMIT RENEWAL <br />J -M A/C PIPE CORPORATION <br />Dear Sir/Madam: <br />In response to your recent permit renewal notice, please be advised <br />that our entire A/C pipe operation was permanently shut down on <br />July 30, 1987. All related processing equipments and facilities <br />have already been dismantled and removed from the workplace. We <br />have completely terminated our A/C pipe manufacturing business at <br />this location. In addition, we will no longer use our A/C waste <br />disposal site after June 30, 1988.
