CA0004464 <br /> NOTICE <br /> APPLICATION FOR WASTE DISCHARGE REQUIREMENTS <br /> (National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System Permit) <br /> FOR <br /> JOHNS-MANVILLE PRODUCTS CORPORATION OF CALIFORNIA <br /> SAN JOAQUIN COUNTY <br /> Johns-Manville Products Corp. of Calif. , Box 1587, Stockton, CA 952011 <br /> has filed a Report of Waste Discharge and applied for requirements for <br /> the discharge of wastes. <br /> Johns-Manville Products Corporation of California discharges an aver- <br /> age of 0.15 MGD of waste process cooling water from two separate dis- <br /> charge s .tes into North Littlejohn Creek, a tributary c�f French Camp <br /> Slough and the San Joaquin River, waters of the United States, at a <br /> point in the SE-1-4 of Section 25, T1N, R6E, MDB&M (projected) . <br /> On the basis of preliminary staff review and application of lawful <br /> standards and regulations, the California Regional Water Quality Con- <br /> trol Board, Central Valley Region, proposes to issue waste discharge <br /> requirements including effluent limitations and special conditions. <br /> Persons wishing to comment upon or object to the proposed discharge <br /> requirements are invited to submit same in writing to the Regional <br /> Board no later than 17 June 1974 All comments or ob- <br /> jections received prior to the above date will be- considered in the <br /> formulation of final determinations regarding the waste discharge. <br /> If no objections are received, the Regional Board will issue discharge <br /> requirements.
