Johns- .. nvfllei A*rm&axation <br />A-8-66 y <br />DESCRIPTION OF PROPERTY <br />PROPOSED TO BE ANNEXED TO <br />THE CITY OF STOCKTON, CALIFORNIA <br />That certain piece or parcel of land situate, lying <br />and being in Section 24 of the C. M. Weber Grant, "E1 Rancho <br />del Campo de lo.s Franceses", in the County of San Joaquin, <br />State of California, and more particularly described as <br />follows, to -wit: <br />Beginning at the southeast corner of that certain <br />parcel.of land as annexed to the City of Stockton by Ordi- <br />nance No. 243-C.S. on December 12, 1961, being on the west <br />right of way line, of Airport Way (100 feet wide), said point <br />also being the northeast corner of the Johns -Manville Products <br />Corporation of California property, filed for record in <br />Book of Official Records in Volume 1874 on page 295, <br />San Joaquin County Records; thence from said point of begin- <br />.ning, S. 170 15' E. along said west right of way line of <br />Airport Way a distance of 1560 feet to the north right of <br />way line of Sperry Road (50 feet wide); thence along said <br />north right of way line of Sperry Road S. 721 29' 30" W. a <br />distance of 265 feet; thence N. 170 15' W. parallel with said <br />west right of way line of Airport Way" a distance of 1560 feet <br />to a point on the north line of said Johns -Manville property, <br />being the existing City Limits line; thence N. 721 29' 30" <br />E. along said.north line of -Johns -Manville property a distance <br />of 265 feet to the point•of beginning.' <br />Containing 9.49 acres, more or less. <br />
