Photos taken on the last quarterly inspection, June 6, 2012, show the RV travel trailer intact. <br /> -Litter shall be controlled, routinely collected and disposed of properly. Windblown materials shall be controlled <br /> to prevent injury to the public and personnel. Controls shall prevent the accumulation, or off-site migration, of <br /> litter in quantities that create a nuisance or cause other problems. <br /> "Litter" means all solid waste which has been improperly discarded at any location or which has migrated by <br /> wind or equipment away from the unloading area of a solid waste facility, disposal site or operation. <br /> - Remove all solid waste generated from the demolition of the RV travel trailer by next quarterly inspection. <br /> Submit reciepts to the EHD showing proper disposal of the solid waste at a permitted solid waste facility. <br /> Inspection Rsport Comrnenfs <br /> A Quarterly Inspection was conducted on this date and the following was noted: <br /> Notes: <br /> 1.) Photos taken onsite show the western perimeter fence is still intact, prohibiting unauthorized access to the property. <br /> 2.)Onsite the vegetation is minimal allowing for inspection of the cover. <br /> 3.)Jose Sanchez was onsite during my inspection. Mr. Sanchez is aware that all solid waste generated from the <br /> demolished RV travel trailer is required to be removed to a permitted disposal facility. <br />
