These records must be available to regulatory <br /> agencies upon request. This file shall include, at a minimum: <br /> • System calibration logs <br /> • Correspondence with regulatory agencies <br /> • Self-monitoring notes (i.e. alarm time, date, reading, false alarms?) <br /> • Technical reports and drawings <br /> • Notes on problem conditions and troubleshooting <br /> This manual <br /> 8.0 CONCLUSIONS <br /> This plan has been created to describe current operation and management practices at <br /> the building with respect to the methane gas migration system. Minor changes to <br /> procedures described in this plan should be noted by the owner in the Notes section of <br /> the plan (Appendix A).
