Minor changes to procedures described in this plan should be noted by the owner in the Notes section of the plan (Appendix A). Significant changes to the operation and management procedures with the potential to impact the character, location, or type of sensor must be reported to EHD. 10.0 LIMITATIONS Our professional services were performed, our findings obtained, and our conclusions proposed in accordance with generally accepted principles and practices. This warranty is in lieu of all other warranties either expressed or implied. Test findings and statements of professional opinion do not constitute a guarantee of warranty, expressed or implied.
