The site has installed a passive gas system and <br /> completed a year of monthly monitoring to ensure the effectiveness of the system. The site <br /> continues to be monitored quarterly. <br /> The site owners have been responsive to the concerns of the EHD and have recorded on the <br /> property title disclosing that the site was used to dispose of construction and demolition waste <br /> and that the site is known to generate landfill gas.
