Notes: <br />T 27 CCR 20919.5 — Explosive Gas Control — Concentrations of gas probes # 1-10 measured the following for <br />methane %: <br />VW 1 = 0.0 <br />VW2=0.1 <br />VW3=0.2 <br />VW4=7.2 <br />VW 5 = Shallow= 11.6 <br />= Deep = 6.2 <br />VW 6 = Shallow = 11.7 <br />VW 7 = Shallow = 0.1 <br />VW 8 = Shallow = 0.2 <br />VW9=0.1 <br />VW 10 = 0.1 <br />Deep = 5.2 EW 1 = 22.5 <br />Deep = 0.2 EW 2 = 13.4 <br />Deep = 0.2 <br />a. Explosive gas measurement shall not exceed 5 % CH4 at boundary. <br />T 27 CCR 20530 — Site Security — Small section of barbed wire fencing was missing at the North East corner of the <br />sites boundary. <br />a. Make necessary repairs/installation of fencing to provide site security. <br />A. Water monitoring wells have been installed on June 14, 2006 in accordance with EHD well permit conditions and <br />submitted work plan. Burned wood debris was encountered during drilling of Water MW adjacent to EW -2. This <br />waste is currently stored in a 55 gallon sealed container to be sampled for characterization for hazardous waste. <br />This waste shall be properly disposed of based on the analytical results of the samples. <br />B. Newly installed water monitoring wells were being developed (remove fines from the well) for sampling. Purged <br />water was being stored in 55 gallon drums to be tested for VOC's. The purged water shall be properly disposed of <br />based on the analytical results of the collected groundwater samples. <br />C. Small amounts of litter observed at North West corner of site.
