This waste shall be properly disposed. <br />b. In two-week time provide a detailed plan of removing this waste from the site. <br />2. AC T-27 CCR 20919.5 — Explosive Gas Control - Concentrations of gas probe measured the following for methane %: <br />VW 1 <br />= 0,5 <br />VW2=0,5 <br />VW 3 <br />= 0,4 <br />VW 4 <br />= 1,4 <br />VW 5 <br />= Shallow = 4,0 Deep = 4,7 <br />VW 6 = Shallow = 2,0 Deep = 4,5 <br />VP 1 = 8,2 <br />VP 2 = 10,2 <br />VP3=10,6 <br />VP4=8,1 <br />VW 7 = Shallow = 0,5 Deep = 0,5 EW 1 = 11,7 <br />VW 8 = Shallow = 0,5 Deep = 0,5 EW 2 = 8,9 <br />VW9=0,5 <br />VW 10 = 0,5 <br />a. Methane gas levels of 5% (LEL) by volume of air at the property boundary constitute a violation. Take adequate measures to <br />decrease gas levels at the property boundary. <br />3. AC T 27 CCR 20830 -Litter Control —Litter observed near the northwest corner near fence boundary. <br />a. Remove all litter. <br />4. AC T 27 CCR 20530 —Site Security— A portion of the fence located on the east property boundary was <br />found open. <br />a. Repair/Secure fence immediately. <br />5. AC T 27 CCR 20750- Site Maintenance - Burned wood debris, rubble, concrete, and other materials were encountered during <br />excavation of trench . <br />a.
