A Regulations <br /> X 20530-Site Security <br /> Comments: Several sections of the fence were knocked down along the Corral Hollow Road providing easy <br /> access to public for illegal dumping (Parcel ID 25303015). <br /> Observed north gate was open and not properly locked/secured. <br /> If the violation is not corrected within 30 business days so as not to allow unauthorized access to the property, <br /> that may result in further enforcement. Amount of$139 will be charged if site out of compliance during the follow- <br /> up inspection. <br /> a. Secure site by repairing/replacing fencing upon receipt of this inspection report. <br /> b. Secure the gate in order to prevent illegal dumping of waste on the site in the future. <br /> c. A follow-up inspection will be conducted within 30 working days. <br /> Inspection Report Comments <br /> Notes: <br /> A. There was no evidence of any major dumping on the site or any other activity at time of inspection. <br /> B. Owner(s)should maintain the vegetation at a minimum to prevent surface fires from taking place which could cause a <br /> threat to public health and safety and the environment. <br /> C.
