Charter Way <br /> (Brooks Concrete Products Landfill), should be "flagged" to reflect the need to contact <br /> the Environmental Health Division prior to the issuance of new building permits or <br /> changes in land use that may jeopardize the integrity of previously closed landfill sites. <br /> Environmental Health should be notified of any new site development or site approval. <br /> Your help in this matter is greatly appreciated.
