The sample analysis does not include TPH (D)or PAHs. Typically for burn ash sites these are required <br /> analyses. <br /> 2. The plan makes no mention of water samples. If water is encountered, will a samples be taken? <br /> 3. The plan indicates that the borings will be backfilled with neat cement. The plan also indicates that the <br /> borings will be backfilled with neat cement and bentonite. Please clarify. <br /> 4. You will need to complete a Service Request Form (SR form).
