Hazelton Ave.
Stockton, CA 95205
Dear Chet:
The Environmental Health Division would again like to enlist the cooperation of your
Department in order to help us adequately track our closed, illegal, and abandoned
landfill sites in the unincorporated areas of San Joaquin County.
The attached list of APN numbers should be "flagged" to reflect the need to contact
the Environmental Health Division prior to the issuance of new building permits or
changes in land use that may jeopardize the integrity of previously closed landfill sites.
Any new site development or site approval should also be "flagged" to the
Environmental Health Division.
Your help in this matter is greatly appreciated. If you or your staff have any
questions, please contact Steven Mindt, Sr. REHS, at 468-0343.
Ernest M.
