ATTACHMENT "A" <br /> 1. Sample locations : <br /> a. Two wells shall be located on the southeast side of the disposal site <br /> between the waste area and Cook Road . These downgradient wells shall be <br /> placed approximately o-.ae-third and two-thirds of the way along the <br /> perimeter and at least 20 feet from the edge of the ponds. <br /> b. A permanent station (R-1) shall be established on Whiskey-Trapper slough <br /> at a point approximately midway along the disposal site. This will be <br /> the stream water sampling location. <br /> 2. Monitoring Well Construction Details : <br /> a. Wells shall be drilled to a depth of about 20 feet, with the bottom 15 <br /> feet perforated. <br /> b. Well diameter shall be at least four inches. <br /> 3. Boring Logs: <br /> a. The borings shall be carefully logged with all. sand stringers identified . <br /> This information should then be used to select the actual perforated <br /> intervals, the surface seal depth, and filter pack interval . <br /> Nft, <br />
