Attached is a memorandum describing our findings. <br /> The memorandum points out several violations and threatened violations of Board <br /> Order No. 76-152. Please report to this office in writing by 23 August 1982 <br /> your plans and time schedule to assure continuous compliance with the follow- <br /> ing items: <br /> 1 . Prevent disposal of oil and heavy metal wastes at the site. <br /> 2. Prevent inundation of the site with rain water. <br /> 3. Clean up of wastes discharged in violation of requirements. <br /> 4. Protect levee from washout and erosion. <br /> 5.
