Hold, P.G. <br /> California Regional Water Quality Control Board, Central Valley Region <br /> 11020 Sun Center Drive, Suite 200 <br /> Rancho Cordova, California 95670-6114 <br /> Subject: October 25, 2011 Inspection Report <br /> DePaoli Property,Holt, California <br /> Dear Mr. Hold: <br /> This letter is in response to your October 28,2011 letter and October 25,2011 Inspection Report;to the <br /> extent they pertain to the southern portion of the former Arcady Oil property owned by the William <br /> DePaoli Family("Site"). <br /> There are eight monitoring wells(MW-1 through MW-8)and two Piezometers(P-1 and P-2) located on <br /> the Site. Each monitoring well and piezometer is secured with a locked, steel riser pipe which extends <br /> approximately 3 to 3 '/2 feet above grade; and each well head is protected by three steel bollards. The <br /> attached photographs document the condition of each well and piezometer as of November 4,2011. <br /> The monitoring well identified as Monitoring Well MW-1 in Figure 5 of the Inspection Report is actually <br /> Monitoring Well M-3 and it is located on the"northern Barber property".
