Operators <br /> shall submit a description of and location for ancillary <br />• facilities including roads , waste handling areas,INA ' <br /> ildings, and equipment. cleaning facilities. <br /> B. For any site having a leachate collection and removal <br /> system, recent analyses, pursuant to Section 2557 , shall <br /> be submitted from said system with the SWAT proposal® NA <br /> The analysis shall include a priority pollutant scan <br /> (EPA Method 624 , 625 and ICAP metal scan, and standard <br /> physical and chemical parameters (i .e. ,' pH, Temp. , <br /> E.C. ) ) , and any other chemical data required by the <br /> local RWQCB. Laboratory orders should request that all <br /> peaks be reported. <br /> III. Solid Waste Assessment monitoring Proposal <br /> All monitoring wells shall be constructed in a manner that . <br /> maintains the integrity of the drill hole and prevents <br /> cross-contamination of saturated zones. The monitoring <br /> wells shall be in full compliance with Section 2555 (c & d) . <br /> A. Operators shall submit to the Regional Board detailed <br /> plans and equipment specifications for compliance with XA20 <br /> the surface water, ground water, and unsaturated zone <br /> monitoring requirements. with their- proposal. When s <br /> leachate analysis are not available from a leachate <br /> collection and removal system, the proposal shall <br /> provide for leachate sampling and analysis. Site <br /> operators shall provide technical support which includes <br /> rationale for the spatial distribute®n -arid depth of <br /> ground water and unsaturated zone monitoring facilities <br /> and for the design of monitoring equipment (Section 2596 <br /> (a) ) . Where justified by a qualified opinion and the <br /> concurrence of the local RWQCB, the possible waiver of <br /> such requirements ( i .e. , no vadose zone, ground water at <br /> excessive depths) and facilities will be considered. <br /> This report shall b,e accompanied by: <br /> 1 . a map showing the locations of proposed monitoring r <br /> 4 PS41 <br /> facilities. • <br />
