Broadway St. <br /> Stockton, CA 95205 <br /> Subject: Accumulation of inert debris located at 878 N. Golden Gate Ave., Stockton, CA <br /> A complaint was received by the Environmental Health Department(EHD)that alleges that the above <br /> property is receiving loads of construction debris. The EHD made a site visit on 11/30/2010. There was a <br /> large pile of broken concrete and a small amount of asphalt(Type A Inert) debris located on the property. <br /> Title 14, Section 17383.7(a)states that: <br /> All inert debris ype A processing operations subject to this Article shall comply with the EA Notification <br /> requirements set 16, <br /> orih in VCR, Tit e IV, Division 7, Chapter S.0, Article 3.0 and commencing with section 18100. <br /> (a) Inert debris stored{{or more th n 6 months that s not een processed and sorted for resale or reuse shall <br /> deemed eemed to have ee �i �?o enforcement action including the use <br /> ,�1�disposed, re subject to <br /> of a Notice and Order as prove e in section 18304. <br /> A Notice to Abate was then mailed certified stating that all of the inert debris being stored at the above <br /> location must be processed for reuse or resale or removed to a proper disposal facility within 6 months <br /> from the date received(5/30/11). A re-inspection of the site was conducted on 5/31/11. Piles of broken <br /> concrete and asphalt(Type A Inert) debris were still located on the property. If the waste is not processed <br /> or removed within 30 days of receipt of this notice, her enforcement may result.
