1.5 Well Survey
The monitoring wells were surveyed by Siegfried Engineering, Inc., licensed land surveyors located
in Stockton, California. Tabulated survey information and surveyor field notes are provided in
Appendix D.
1.6 Laboratory Analytical Results
Groundwater results were compared to the Maximum Contaminant Levels(MCLs)including federal,
primary, and secondary California MCLs or Action Levels, as applicable.
The federal MCL and California-specific primary MCL were not exceeded for any of the
constituents.
The California DHS Secondary MCL or Action Level was exceeded for iron, manganese, and TDS.
In addition to the MCLs, the results were compared to the Water Quality Limits (RWQCB, August
2003) including, but not limited to: the California Office of Environmental Health Hazard
Assessment (OEHHA) Public Health Goals, USEPA IRIS Reference Dose as a Drinking Water
Level, USEPA Suggested No-Adverse-Response-Levels(SNARLS), USEPA Taste&Odor/Welfare,
and California EPA Cancer Potency for Drinking Water. As a result, it was determined the USEPA
SNARL was exceeded for sodium.
TPH and VOCs were not detected in the groundwater sample from MW-7A.
The reported concentrations at MW-7A are similar to, or less than, those reported in other wells
within the current monitoring well network. The analytical results are provided in Table 1. In
addition, laboratory reports are provided in Appendix E.
MW-7A Install Report Stockton,CA
Cove Contractors 3 Project No.04.20090407.00
