11 <br />E <br />S T 0 C K T 0 N C I T Y C 0 U N C I L <br />WHEREAS, on February 19, 1976, the Executive Officer of the <br />San Joaquin County Local Agency Formation Commission certified the <br />filing of an application with that Commission for detachment of unin- <br />habited, noncontiguous, City -owned property from the City of Stockton, <br />WHEREAS, the City of Stockton as owner of all land within <br />the territory proposed to be detached has given written consent to <br />such detachment, and <br />WHEREAS, said Commission held a public hearing on the pro- <br />posed detachment on March 19, 1976, at which hearing evidence was <br />heard and received, both oral and documentary, submitted in favor of <br />and in opposition to the proposed detachment and all persons present <br />were given an opportunity to hear and be heard in respect to any <br />matter relating to said proposal; now therefore, <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF STOCKTON, <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br />That the proposed detachment, designated as "THE AUSTIN ROAD <br />WASTE DISPOSAL SITE DETACHMENT - D-1-7611 was approved as submitted <br />to the SAn Joaquin County Local Agency Formation Commission and is <br />hereby declared detached from the City of Stockton; be it <br />FURTHER RESOLVED, that the boundaries as set forth in said <br />"AUSTIN ROAD WASTE DISPOSAL SITE DETACHMENT - D-1-76" are more <br />particularly described, as follows to -wit: <br />All that certain piece or parcel of land situate, lying an -4 <br />being in the City 0 Stockton, County of San oaquin, Stace <br />California, in a portion of Section 3, T.1S., R.7E., b1.D <br />and more particularly described as follows, to -wit: <br />commencing at the section corner common to Sections <br />T*lS*p IL97E*q MoUsH.4M. und Sections <br />thence westerly along the northerly line of said <br />Section 3s T.lS. 9 VE. , M.D.B.01. , said northerly line being, <br />the Mount Diable base line, a distance of three hundred and <br />sixty five (365) foot more or less, to a point, said point <br />being on the Center line of Little John Creek, said point <br />also being the Point of beginning of the hereinafter describcd <br />piece or parcel of X. thence continuing westerly along <br />the northerly line of suid Section 3. and said b'ase line, <br />to the NW corner of the NE 1/4 of the NW 1/4 of said Section 3; <br />thonce southerly along the westerly line of the E 1/2 of the <br />NIV 1/4 of said Section 3, to a point on the ceater line of <br />J�e—Annexafion Eff0c,Live APR 3 3 "_76 <br />
