These are: Order No. 90-122, covering the discharge <br /> of wastes to the Class III Landfill ; and 92-143, covering discharge of treated <br /> groundwater and stormwater to surface waters. <br /> In a letter dated 8 June 1993, the City stated that construction of the groundwater <br /> treatment facility will begin in early July, 1993, and will be completed by October <br /> 1993.
