WASTE DISCHARGE REQUIREMENTS FOR -g- <br /> CITY OF STOCKTON <br /> AUSTIN ROAD LANDFILL FACILITY <br /> CLASS III LANDFILL <br /> SAN JOAQUIN COUNTY <br /> 17. The Discharger shall comply with the following time schedule: <br /> Task Compliance Date <br /> a. Abandonment of Water Supply Well <br /> (1) Submit a plan for the abandonment 1 Jun 1990 <br /> of the on-site water supply well <br /> which includes a summary of the <br /> information obtained during the <br /> gamma log and camera scan. <br /> (2) Complete the abandonment of the 1 Mar 1991 <br /> on-site water supply well . <br /> (3) Submit a Report of Completion 1 Apr 1991 <br /> for the abandonment of the on-site <br /> water supply well . <br /> b. Evaluation Monitoring Program <br /> (1) Complete an investigation to 1 Mar 1991 <br /> determine the horizontal and <br /> vertical extent of elevated <br /> water quality constituents <br /> beneath and adjacent to the <br /> landfill . <br /> (2) Submit a report summarizing the 1 Apr 1991 <br /> results of the Evaluation <br /> Monitoring Program. <br /> C. Corrective Action Program <br /> (1) Complete a study of remediation 1 Sep 1991 <br /> alternatives for cleanup including <br /> a rationale and justification for <br /> the recommended alternative(s). <br /> (2) Begin construction of the approved 1 Nov 1991 <br /> remediation alternative. <br /> (3) Begin operation of the remediation 1 Mar 1992 <br /> project. <br /> d. Landfill Cover Grading <br /> (1) Submit a proposal to grade the 1 Aug 1990 <br /> landfill cover to provide surface <br /> drainage. <br />
