MONITORING AND REPORTING PROGRAM FOR -5- <br /> CITY OF STOCKTON <br /> AUSTIN ROAD LANDFILL FACILITY <br /> CLASS III LANDFILL <br /> SAN JOAQUIN COUNTY <br /> Monthly monitoring reports shall be submitted to the Board by the 15th day of the month <br /> following the month in which the samples were taken or observations made. Quarterly, <br /> semiannual , and annual monitoring reports shall be submitted to the Board by the 15th <br /> day of the month following the calendar quarter in which the samples were taken or <br /> observations made. <br /> The results of any monitoring done more frequently than required at the locations <br /> specified herein shall be reported to the Board. <br /> A report shall be submitted to the Board by 30 January of each year containing both <br /> tabular and graphical summaries of the monitoring data obtained during the previous <br /> year. The report shall include a discussion of compliance with the waste discharge <br /> requirements. <br /> The Discharger shall implement the above monitoring program on the effective date of <br /> this Order. <br /> Ordered by ' <br /> WILLIAM H.
